DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

We deliver your order directly to your shipping address. Orders received before 2.00pm for items that are in stock, will be despatched the same day for next day delivery. This may vary for items that are delivered outside the UK mainland, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery is £10.00 flat rate on smaller items and £25 flat rate on larger items. Your order will reflect one or the other automatically.

Some items such as SKYFORCE balconies are delivered free in most of the UK with some exclusions such as Northern Ireland, Scotland and parts of Kent & Cornwall. In these areas a £100 shipping charge will be applied.

Bulky, complicated or long products may carry an additional delivery charge. Please enquire with our sales team about this.

Once the goods are despatched they are insured against any transport risks without any additional cost to you. Should the goods be damaged on delivery please sign the proof of delivery note as damaged. Please then contact our sales office immediately. We will arrange for the good to be collected and for replacement goods to be delivered to you. Notification of our sales office should be no more than 5 days from the date of delivery.

RETURNS

At Origin Architectural we want you to be happy with your order. Goods ordered incorrectly or ordered in excess of the amount required may be returned provided that they are unused, in their original packaging and in good condition. There will be a collection charge to cover the cost of collecting the goods and returning them to our warehouse of £50. This may vary for bulky or long products. In addition there will be restocking fee of 30% of the value of the order. Please pack any goods to be returned securely and clearly label them with your name and order number.

All damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery. Provided that they are signed for as damaged and returned to us, replacement goods will be despatched within 14 days of receipt of the goods by us.

GLASS TOLERANCES

All of our glass is cut to the sizes specified by you. During manufacture, there is a tolerance for all panels produced which varies depending on the size of the panel concerned. Origin Architectural accepts no liability for any panels being outside the tolerances in the table below.
